Daniela Bartoli B.A. is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Edward de Bono and the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of The Edward de Bono Foundation, established in Malta in 1993.

Daniela handles various international projects for Dr. de Bono and The Edward de Bono Foundation which include the development of The World Centre for New Thinking, in France; the setting up of the de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking at the University of Malta; the International Festival of Ideas and Thinking (Malta, 2004); the publication of books, digital material and websites; the introduction of de Bono Thinking Skills on the school curricula of diverse countries including the training of teachers towards this objective and the implementation of action-research to support the educational projects. She has organized three International Conferences on New Thinking in France and in Malta.

Formally accredited by Applied Practical Thinking, Inc. for the past four years as a de Bono trainer in the three de Bono methods: Lateral Thinking, Six Thinking Hats® and DATT™ – Direct Attention Thinking Tools, Daniela delivers professional training seminars to the business, educational and social sectors in France, Malta and internationally.

Daniela was educated in Malta and Switzerland and graduated in French and Philosophy. She is currently reading for an Msc. in Cognitive

Science, where her research interests are in the areas of Thinking, Language, Cognition and Neural Networks from the perspective of education as well as for concept development in business management.

Daniela is also currently writing a book jointly with Dr. Edward de Bono.

Her previous work experience is extensive and covers Portfolio Management, PR and Communications, manufacture and exportation in Industry, Fiduciary Services and Insurance.
